Season's end

Most good things come to an end, including our, very successful, cross country season:
- The jackrabbits only had one dryland training this winter, which for southwestern Ontario standards is awesome (thank you coaches and winter in general).
- We had several Saturday classes on our own trails, although the groomers had to work hard and create a base several times due to the new-normal winter rain events (thank you groomers).
- And this winter we also had a very successful adult program (thank you president and coach Fernanda).

With Guelph in full spring mode, it is also time to return all your rental material. You can do that on Friday March 29, 7 pm, at 1 Gibbs Crescent, Guelph ON N1G 5B6.

Finally, the last races of the XC World Cup season are this weekend in Quebec City. Today was the sprint competition, tomorrow is the Women's 10K Mass Start Classic at 9:15 am, and at 11 am the Men's 15K. Finally, on Sunday at 9:30 am is the Women's 10K Pursuit Free, followed by the Men's 15K at 10:45 am. You can follow all these races live and free on CBC.ca. If you want to do some more XC skiing yourselves, Highlands Nordic and Hardwood Ski and Bike still have snow.

See you next year on the trails!
